Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
From the very beginning, I work to build trust and a foundation for my clients that allows them to feel safe to share and explore their personal narrative. I empower individuals to recognize that they have the ability to change negative ways of thinking, create new patterns of relationships with themselves and others, and set boundaries that allow them to move through the world feeling supported. My main focus is treating eating disorders using the HAES foundation. I am a certified clinical trauma professional currently working on my EMDR certification. Other modalities I utilize are CBT, DBT, IFS, Solution Focused, MI, and more. I specialize in eating disorders, seeing clients with all types of diagnoses. I treat trauma and PTSD using CPT and soon EMDR. I also treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use and most other mental health issues. I work with families and couples around relationship concerns and family planning and provide coaching for eating disorder support. I love what I do and always want what is best for my clients. Please reach out for a consultation to get to know me better and explore if I would be a good fit for your needs. I am here to answer all the questions you might have. Being vulnerable is hard, so I am here to make sure you are feeling support. I look forward to talking with you soon!
