I'm a firm believer that therapy is for everyone no matter how scary and strange the process may be. In this safe environment, you will feel welcomed just as you are. Working through a trauma-informed lens, I have extensive training in working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community while utilizing clinical and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR while using a secular approach. I work with teens through their college years, and adults. I additionally offer relationship/couples therapy. I also offer gender affirming care and emotional support animal (ESA) assessments and letters. In my openhearted, warm, and safe space, my clients are welcomed as they are while being encouraged to be their authentic selves. We will process what you are thinking, and equip you with tools to help you achieve your goals. Currently, I offer private pay options, and I am in-network with Aetna, KS/MO Medicaid and MO/KS Ambetter plans.
