Counseling can help you understand why problems have occurred and assist you in learning ways to cope with them. At Leslie Salmon Counseling Services you don't have to face life's challenges by yourself! I can assist you with evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Or we can try Client Centered Therapy and "Talk Therapy" which allow you to process your thoughts, feelings and insights. I strive to provide genuine understanding and acceptance to all of my clients. And, I accept insurance but also have an affordable sliding scale fee. I have 30 years of experience helping people just like you! I work with adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Human Development Counseling, and am Licensed in Arkansas and Illinois. My qualifications and experience make me a great fit for you or your loved ones!
