I am a licensed and bilingual (Spanish and English) mental health counselor. My practice aims to help clients understand and overcome challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and many life stressors. I have over 6 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples in various settings. I uses various therapeutic approaches, including client-centered and CBT.
