Do you struggle with anxiety? Is your anxiety related to romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, parenting, academic performance, social situations, past trauma, career satisfaction, or low self-esteem? What about issues with time-management, boredom, goal-setting, organization, socializing, fleeting motivation, poor focus, and/or mood swings? I can help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides remote psychotherapy to teens 12+, parents and adults who have anxiety and/or for people who want to learn how to tackle anxiety resulting from Attention-Deficit Activity-Disorder (ADHD). I offer a safe and supportive virtual therapy environment for my clients to learn about their anxiety. I teach coping skills, emotional awareness, emotional regulation, assertiveness, time and priority management, values identification, and communication skills training. In addition, I offer a time-limited 12-week ADHD Brain Training Program. I have many years of personal and professional experience working with and through anxiety. My goal is to help you tackle the tough job of balancing the fine-line between helpful and unhelpful anxiety. I know therapy can be scary and feel like just another "to-do" added to your never ending list, however, with my help, it can change your life.
