About

I believe we all have the power within ourselves to create the lives we desire. As humans, we are much more capable and resilient than our brains allow us to believe. Sometimes we may lose sight, need guidance, or someone to acknowledge our humanity, value, feelings, and strengths. Seeking mental health assistance can feel like a very scary step, and my goal is to make you feel as comfortable and empowered as possible.

I mainly see children, adolescents, and young adults. I support individuals through issues such as depression, anxiety, adjusting to change, family issue, addiction, and grief. I utilize an integrative, individualized approach for each person who walks into session, to ensure we are building off of your specific strengths as it is not "one size fits all".

Let's talk! Take that first, scary step to reach out for help. I would like to build trust, then walk with you through your struggles and hardships to get you feeling like the best version of yourself. I work in the evenings and on Saturdays to accommodate those with obligations during the day.
