As a clinical social worker, I've been working for almost two decades supporting parents, adults, and young adults. My areas of focus with clients include: neurodiverse profiles (autism, ADHD, NVLD, asperger's and other learning differences), anxiety, social cognition, family systems, parenting, self-esteem and executive functioning skills. I partner with my clients to recognize their abilities, build/implement tools to support their success and create/achieve their personal goals. In my practice, I provide: Individual psychotherapy for mental health or Consultation for parents or adults seeking social cognitive support. I meet my clients wherever they are in their lives. In individual therapy, I often pull from CBT, motivational interviewing, strengths-based approach, and a person-centered approach to get at the heart of the need, as well as what we identify together will work best. In consultation, I work collaboratively with my clients to assess goals and develop a plan. In an individualized approach, I strive to meet my clients where they are and support them in not only defining, refining but meeting their own personal expectations.
