About

Individual therapy offers a non-judgemental space for you to learn more about yourself and the issues that are troubling to you. Central to my practice is a supportive and trusting relationship in which you can feel valued, respected, and worthy. I will be with you throughout the process, offering my support, encouragement, and candid observations. Facing these issues can be intimidating and seeking help takes courage. Whether you work with me or another professional, I am glad you are beginning this journey.

I specialize in working with college-aged students, early-career professionals, and adults who struggle with early adulthood development, academic stress and role development, trauma/ abuse, relationships and intimacy, life transitions, LGBTQIA issues, cultural and identity issues, family conflict, mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety), and women's issues.

I am trained as a generalist and draw from evidence and practice-based approaches to best fit your needs while integrating interpersonal, client-centered, feminist theory, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. Unique to my approach is the inclusion of art therapy and animal-assisted therapy.
