Life is hard, and managing relationships can make it harder. Sure we know how to talk to one another, but are we really communicating? This is why a major focus of mine is working to improve communication skills within relationships as well as with individuals. It is also important to me to provide a space where sex, sexuality, or any sexual dysfunction can be explored safely for clients. Especially when often there has not been opportunity or space for that to occur. I strive to provide facts and sex education to help clients better understand themselves and normalize their experiences. This is a space for you to be you. I am trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method for couples, and I have sex therapy training through the Modern Sex Therapy Institute (MSTI). I am experienced working with relationships & individuals in the LGBTQIA+, in poly, CNM or open relationships & those in the kink/fetish community. We all need help sometimes, and taking the first step on the journey towards healing can be a difficult one. As a clinician I understand that struggle and I hope you know you can find support in this difficult time. You don't have to do this alone and I would walk along side you in this journey.
