About

It has been reported that for many adults and children, depression and anxiety are affecting us as never before. How can we get our needs met during this time of uncertainty? I believe that together we can make a plan to live our best possible lives, keeping hope in our hearts, connecting with our loved ones, adapting and adjusting to the many transitions life presents to us. We can listen to our gut, honor our stories, honor the stories and feelings of others. And most important of all keep hope with us.

In the past 24 years, I have worked with people whose lives were unstable due to illness, loss, trauma or the disappearance of hope . They have taught me how to use evidence-based therapies coupled with listening carefully to their own personal stories so that true healing can take place. Honoring our stories teaches us to honor ourselves and others.

As a former day time television writer (I wrote the original Jeopardy!), I know the importance of asking the right question. We all want answers about how to improve our lives, but first we need to know the question. I will help you to do just that. There are many ways to create change. I am open to exploring them with you.
