About

If you’re considering therapy, you may be in a time of stress or transition. My goal is to ease your access to psychotherapy by providing you or your family with confidential online therapy, from the comfort of your own home. While I work with clients of all ages in any stage of life, my specialties include teen and family LGBTQIA issues, prenatal/postpartum challenges, parenting children with special needs and working with women who feel “stuck.”

You may be: a teenager confronting challenges such as anxiety, depression, peer comparison, gender identity or sexual orientation; a family that needs support with general discord, parenting a child who is neurodiverse or LGBTQIA; or a woman feeling stuck or lost, managing anxiety or depression post-college, or during pregnancy, postpartum or infertility.

Together with each client, I design a treatment plan to help you achieve personal and family goals, such as better communication, more satisfying relationships, deeper happiness and a more balanced, meaningful life. I’m an incredibly present therapist that provides a healing space for the therapeutic relationship. Prepare to feel nurtured.
