About

It is my goal to help with understanding and resolving the challenges and effects of trauma, grief, and adversity, to restore balance in daily life. I am driven to support people through circumstances that cause uncertainty and distress, such as abusive relationships, infertility, loss, and substance misuse, to name a few. I strive to assist in achieving long-term success through various treatment approaches, based on mutually determined therapeutic goals.

I provide a safe and confidential space to help in identifying present symptoms and issues and how they may relate to past experiences, finding ways to heal and move forward with successful coping strategies. I am trained in EMDR, a very effective approach for those who have been affected by trauma and difficult events that impact their daily lives.

I support and guide individuals during adverse situations and help in healing from past traumas and challenging life events. I also aim to assist in breaking cycles of violence and family dysfunction. I ultimately hope to help people not just survive from trauma and adversity but to truly thrive.
