About

My approach is anchored in creating an identity-affirming, judgment free space that fosters self-awareness, behavioral change, and personal growth. I offer a combination of talk therapy and somatic work, empowering clients to understand their body's stress response and learn to regulate their emotions and nervous system. Drawing from a strength-based approach, I emphasize clients' resilience and unique strengths while acknowledging the enduring impact of early relationships and experiences. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ adults on their journey of identity exploration, affirmation, and celebration.

Other areas of expertise include addressing trauma and oppression due to intersecting identities, improving body image and letting go of diet culture, establishing healthier boundaries, navigating major life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, 1st/2nd gen immigrant experiences, and cultivating a more authentic and intentional life.

I bring genuine enthusiasm and a natural curiosity to each session. I believe therapy is not only a place for addressing life’s challenges, but also a space where we can celebrate your milestones and growth. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and I strive to be transparent and open to feedback to better meet your needs throughout the therapy process.
