About

You may be seeking support in moving toward a more preferred version of yourself, your life, and your relationships. You may be questioning facets of your identity such as your gender or sexuality, or perhaps you are feeling stuck with a particular challenge in the way you connect to yourself and others. You may be struggling with how to heal and make sense of past trauma or abuse, or are finding yourself resorting to patterns of thinking and feeling that are not congruent with your values. Perhaps you are struggling to define the parameters of a non-monogamous relationship or a consensual power exchange relationship. Welcome.

My role as a therapist is to provide support and facilitate insight that will allow you to work toward your personal goals. I believe that hardship can grow from both individual and societal wounds, and it is important to me that I acknowledge the many systems of oppression that contribute to human suffering and impact your specific experience of being.

My values as a therapist are rooted in person-centered and collaborative frameworks. During our visits, I will facilitate a culture of feedback by checking in about the content and pacing of our work together. It is important to me that when our sessions end you do not leave feeling overly raw, but instead curious and encouraged for your next steps.
