Psychotherapy: My primary focus, as your therapist, is to make you feel comfortable, validated and listened to. This will allow a therapeutic relationship to develop so that you can be honest in sharing your thoughts and feelings. I have over 18 years of experience working with many complex mental health issues, and I have training in cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, trauma-focused, dialectical behavioral and couples specific interventions. Neurofeedback is a brain training alternative to medication management. Whether you want to improve mental performance, shift into more focus and alertness or reduce anxiety or stress, neurofeedback may help you achieve your brain functioning goals. It has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of PTSD symptoms. If you believe this profile matches your interest, please contact me so we can discuss your therapeutic goals and make further arrangements.
