I use evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral theory and mindfulness, which can give you the tools you need to make the changes that you want in your life. I utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy in hopes of creating a warm, welcoming space where each person feels comfortable being their authentic self.
