At Here Too, we use the wisdom of your nervous system to guide us in stretching your capacity for joy, resolving old wounds and building protection against new ones. We will use your astrological birth chart to explore untapped opportunities for joy, connection and full expression. For those who want to do the deep dive into their wounds for a final release, I help you build the courage and support so we can do that together. I support you to connect with your body's intelligence by working directly with the nervous system. We work together to help you trust yourself and your body, inviting in: increased range of emotion & capacity for intimacy, improved ability to identify & communicate your experience, increased agency and personal power, and attunement to the present moment. Along with formal education & 3000+ supervised hours w/ clients from around the world, my work is guided by my own research and healing journey, study with healers, activists, astrology teachers, and a desire for a world that is free and just for all. I love working with people awakening to their full potential after being socialized to doubt themselves.
