Hey, y'all! I'm LeAnn. Do you find yourself feeling hopeless and struggling with getting everything done? Do you find yourself feeling anxious or depressed? Do you find yourself comparing your life to your peers or just others in general? Do you struggle with communication and/or forming meaningful relationships? If this is you, then I am here to help by talking through the different levels of hurt, anger, anxiety, and depression. I like to approach problems by looking at the whole-person and then work through each level to get back to a balanced life. No matter what you are dealing with, I'm here to help. Pursuing therapy can feel frightening but you're making the right decision. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.
