I work with creative and resilient clients that are interested in better understanding their emotions and behaviors. Once we've improved understanding, it is then possible to learn and strengthen skills that will help in everyday life for countless years. I'm a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a background in art therapy. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, alongside expressive arts interventions to help clients gain insight about their emotions, struggles, and thought patterns. Together we can make sense of what's troubling you, and come up with a plan to make your mind a kinder place.
