I use a laidback, curious, and collaborative approach to assist people in their journey towards healing. I love laughing and make my best attempt at using humor to lighten the load of some of the heavy topics you might be bringing to our work together. I truly value the real, authentic selves we get to show up as in the therapy room (or zoom screen). As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe relationships and connectedness are so important to our wellbeing and how we view the world. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Specialty areas include relational concerns (romantic partners, family members, etc.), anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma/stressors, as well as grief and loss. I pull from frameworks of internal family systems (IFS), emotion-focused therapy, and brainspotting. Finding the right therapist for you is an important first step. Please contact me if you think I could be a good fit to work alongside with you.
