About

We live in a world where it's all too easy to feel overwhelmed—balancing the many demands of daily life while we might also be experiencing deeper struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating a major life transition. It's understandable when we feel stretched thin, exhausted, and uncertain of our next steps. When facing these kinds of challenges, therapy can be a powerful way to give ourselves the grace and space we need to approach our difficulties with more understanding, reconnect with our strengths, and begin the process of healing and meaningful change, aligned with our values and goals.

I'm Leah Sandlin, licensed therapist specializing in women’s health. My work centers on creating a supportive, compassionate space where we can meet life’s challenges with more clarity, resilience, and above all, self-compassion, helping to unlock pathways to a greater sense of authenticity, wholeness, and well-being.

My approach is integrative, recognizing our struggles don’t exist in isolation; they’re shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments. Together, we’ll explore the difficulties and strengths of your unique journey. Therapy is about holding space for both challenge and possibility, and it’s in that space that real healing and growth can unfold.
