About

I provide a culturally competent, anti - racist, LGBTQ+ affirming space. I have expertise in working with people who want support with healthy sexuality, trauma, self- esteem issues, depression, grief, and anxiety. I enjoy working with teens and adults, and find I connect best with female identified individuals.

My approach to therapy is person- centered and trauma- informed, which means I look at a person’s experiences as a whole. I use a range of therapeutic techniques from positive psychology, strengths- based approaches, EMDR, CBT, ACT, somatic healing, Internal Family Systems, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

Why choose me to walk with you on your journey? My humanistic and compassionate approach to working with clients invites vulnerability not just from you, but from me as well. I love connecting with people over shared experiences.
