I am a licensed mental health counselor in Rhode Island at Prestige Wellness and Co-Parenting Consulting. As a Private practice individual, family, marital, reunification and co-parenting mediation are offered. I work with children, adolescence, adults, and families. My goal is to assist you to realize your positive attributes as you strive for improved health, wellness and healing individually or as a family dynamic. I can offer you a space where you can feel comfortable sharing and validating these struggles so that we can begin the process by which you and I work together to meet goals you determine. I have been working in the field of counseling for 14 years. I utilize a practical and integrative approach that includes mindfulness, self-compassion, and behavioral interventions within a psychodynamic framework. I assist and empower clients to discover and utilize their internal, natural, academic and community supports towards self understanding and change to a healthier life.
