Forget about fancy words or unrealistic outcomes. It’s about real talk and real progress. Together, we can embrace your strengths and navigate life’s twists and turns. I strive to create a comfortable and approachable atmosphere where clients of all ages feel empowered to share openly. My belief is that there is no “one size fits all” approach: whether it be anxiety, depression, parenting, stress, grief or life changes. Therefore, I am dedicated to working together to identify your specific needs and treatment goals to establish a therapeutic environment that works for you. I work with adults, adolescents and children as young as 3. Treatment modalities used include CBT, DBT, ACT, Play (Directive and Non-Directive), Existential and Adlerian. In my practice I emphasize the importance of building safety and connection in addition to fostering direct and transparent communication. Together we can explore new possibilities, personal growth and understanding.
