About

Hi there! I enjoy working with clients, adults and children alike, as they process through trauma and work through grief, anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds. Whether you consider the trauma you may have experienced "big T" or "little t", your pain and emotions are valid. I enjoy supporting clients as they work to challenge the negative core beliefs they've developed about themselves and the world that they find are no longer helping them and, instead, are holding them back from being able to live the life they want to live.

I'm EMDR trained and enjoy utilizing techniques from this modality. I also utilize mindfulness techniques and techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, the Internal Family Systems Model, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy in most of my sessions.

Life can be extremely difficult and the world can often seem so full of darkness. You're not alone in this. I hope that somewhere along your journey, you'll be able to see and experience the joy and light in this world too. If you think I might be a good fit for you or your child, please feel free to reach out to me in whichever way is easiest for you.
