Therapy should be something we grow to look forward to- the connection, the insight, the growth, and the support. At its core, it is a relationship in which you feel safe, cared for, seen, and validated. From there, I believe you can tackle whatever it is you show up for! It inspires me that growth and change continue through the entire life cycle, to our final days. I enjoy walking alongside clients struggling with the aging process, their relationships, their boundaries and self worth, and tender childhood wounds. I operate from an attachment oriented and interpersonal neurobiological approach. My first priority in getting to know one another is making sure you feel safe and comfortable with me. Past clients have shared that I brought compassion, insight, hope, and safety to the relationship. I want to be present for all of your emotions and will help you be comfortable with them, also. Self worth and security grow from that compassionate place. It is an honor and inspiration to work with folks as they move through challenges and loss in their life, decide how they have been living is not sustainable any longer, or who simply have a sense that life and relationships could be more. l want our time together to be a secure anchor for you to explore and discover what is authentic for you in your life.
