For years, you dreamed of the joy and love you would feel after having your baby. Instead, you find yourself overwhelmed, exhausted, detached, and struggling to bond with your baby. You feel guilt over these unexpected feelings and fearful of what people would think if they knew your thoughts. You deeply desire to have the love and connection with your baby and feel joy in your life again. You are not alone in your feelings. I am committed to helping you work through your experience of postpartum depression and anxiety so that you can get back to loving life and your new baby. Postpartum depression (PPD) is the most common complication of childbirth, but is often overlooked because no one wants to talk about it. I understand this on a personal and a professional level. I love helping my clients work through this experience so that they can get back to loving life and their new baby. I can work around your busy schedule and I have evening appointments starting as late as 8:00 pm. If it feels like too much to contact me have a loved one do it for you.
