My name is Lawrence Hudson-Lewis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in St. Louis, Missouri and collaborating with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma utilizing cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients enhance emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and develop a life worth living. I have a passion for individuals from marginalized and disenfranchised communities and individuals experiencing difficult life transitions due to changes in phase of life, health, career, or relationships. I also enjoy individuals who are new to therapy or giving it another attempt. During the first session we will have a conversation about current life circumstances and your experience with therapy. We will explore your hopes, concerns, preferences, and expectations of therapy. The first session is a respectful, compassionate, and genuine engagement opportunity for the client to assess whether I am a good fit for them in this moment.
