About

Have you reached a place where you find yourself with nothing left to give? The act of giving is entangled with caring. Caring requires energy. Energy that you no longer have. It appears as though everyone (yes, everyone) relies on you for something. They expect you to sacrifice yourself to satisfy their needs & wants, regardless of your needs, let alone wants. Their dependence on you to satisfy their wants & needs is overwhelming and heavy. Women are conditioned to carry heavy loads at the expense of self.

Women are conditioned (trained) to place others needs & wants over their own as an attempt to control them. While silence can be a healthy response to feeling violated, silencing can be damaging as many women lose their voice. When we lose sight of self, we experience feelings of abandonment and unworthiness causing neglect of our own needs.

On Winter Break Dec 11 to Jan 4, 2025. If you're prepared to place yourself as a Priority without surrendering to feelings of guilt and shame, Schedule an In-Person Appt. Limited Appts available Mondays and Tuesdays 10 am to 4 pm, Accepting clients 30 years and older.
