About

Life at times can feel overwhelming and challenging. My goal is to assist my clients in achieving their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life. My therapeutic approach is an eclectic mix of person-centered, CBT, DBT, gender responsive treatment, and trauma focused therapy. I have experience working with clients with a variety of issues including Addiction, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, family and relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, and personal development.

I have experience with trauma and how this affects a person in growth and development. Past trauma can affect us years later, how we cope, how our brain functions, and can deteriorate physical health. Treatment can focus on retraining the brain, and/or exploring and working through past issues.

I believe that the client needs to be in control of their treatment; what is discussed and what they want out of therapy. My goal is to help you on your journey and help you achieve a better quality of life.
