About

Connection and relationships are what make humans unique and beautiful. Struggles within relationships can indicate areas of struggles within oneself. I provide counseling that is client focused, creating a safe space and the knowledge to guide you in your to healing journey. When we understand how our behaviors are directly connected not only to our thoughts, but also our feelings, we are better able to engage in healthy patterns, setting appropriate boundaries for thriving relationships.

Integrative therapy is a multi-faceted approach that combines the traditional elements of psychotherapy with other proven therapeutic techniques to fit the specific needs of different clients. The approaches I have been trained in, that I incorporate in session, include attachment work, Christian counseling, DBT, EMDR, and enneagram work.

I understand the amount of trust it takes to take these first steps, and I couldn't be more supportive of you doing so! The first step is always the hardest because it's showing up for yourself and realizing you deserve more. I look forward to exploring what a healthier version of you looks and feels like!
