Are you feeling disconnected, frustrated, anxious or overwhelmed? Do you find it challenging to connect with others or to build close, intimate relationships? If you are looking to improve the quality of your most important relationships or to feel more skillful at building new relationships, I would look forward to working with you. My approach to therapy is a blend of mindfulness, emotionally focused, DBT, IFS and psychodynamic approaches. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative. You and I will work together to move from where you are now to where you want to be. My experience has taught me that compassion and understanding are the foundations of healing and growth. If you are looking to find someone who can truly listen and is dedicated to your growth and healing, I believe we could work well together. Our work will focus on deepening your understanding of yourself and your relationships to others.
