About

I believe each person is the expert in their own experience and view my role as a co-pilot on the path to healing and self-exploration. I work with adolescents and adults with varying experiences such as substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, identity exploration, and burnout. I believe co-creation of therapy goals is vital to forging a path uniquely tailored to meet the needs of each person with whom I work.

Therapy is jazz, and my history as a musician informs my clinical practice. I practice a variety of modalities in conversation with clients in real-time. The approaches I use most often include narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, harm-reduction, brainspotting, and relational therapy.

If my approach feels in alignment with what your looking for please reach out to Omaha Integrative Care. I have many afternoon and evening appointments available as well as openings on Saturday mornings and afternoons.
