From a young age, my interest in psychology and therapy was shaped by my own experiences with mental health challenges during my teenage years. These experiences sparked a passion to support others facing similar struggles. I began my educational journey at Montclair State University, where I pursued my undergraduate degree. I then continued at Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for my clients. I focus on helping them set realistic goals and providing support throughout their therapeutic journey.
