I love working with adolescents and adults in a private practice setting. I view therapy as a partnership and requires a person's active involvement to help change their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I enjoy adolescents the most because of their complex issues while trying to navigate the world with all the environmental stressors that arise. I have worked in a private practice setting for over 10 years and specialize in working with children, teens as well as their families. I provide both individual and family therapy in order to ensure the best outcome possible. I specialize in many areas to include mood disorder, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, and family related issues. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor when predicting the outcome of therapy. I take a holistic approach to help the client feel safe and determine a treatment plan that can be the most effective for each individual. My top priority is the client and what is most beneficial for them to succeed.
