Hi there! It's very nice to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Therapist Licensed in both New York and North Carolina with experience as a Director of an outpatient clinic. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, post-pandemic trauma and adults, LGBTQ, and building confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion; after all we will be working together as a team. I utilize various treatment modalities to meet your unique and specific needs by building skills, tools, and enhancing self-esteem. I'm a very interactive therapist and I'm passionate about supporting my clients both within sessions and in between sessions; to help keep their motivation to achieve their goals successfully. Everyone's needs are different; but the one goal is to be your best self. I will help provide you with the necessary tools and skills to get you there! My clients have always said they enjoy working with me due to my ability to be supportive, non-judgemental, and respectful of what they are going through.
