I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), intensively trained through the BTTI training at the International OCD Foundation, and have an additional masters degree in Child Development adding to my ability to work with children, helping parents understand their child, and what their child's struggle maybe. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Solution Focused Counseling to help clients with anxiety, body dysmorphia, chronic illness, emetophobia, grief, OCD, parenting, panic disorder, perfectionism, phobia's, and other life stressors. I have been able to translate my experience in Child Life to focus areas of my counseling practice to help children and adults cope with their own illness as well as helping their loved ones understand the cope with chronic illness. With my unique skill set, I am recognized by my professional peers for my special talents working those grieving at any age.
