Being a human can feel hard. Life may bring feelings of being stuck, confused or hopeless. If you are ready to make changes - I am here to listen, support you through these challenges. My training and approach is in solution-focused and strengths-based therapy. I take a person-in-environment perspective, noting the ways in which our world and immediate environment affect our lives. I use compassion, insight and humor, emphasizing our connections to our bodies, the natural world and community at large. I have supported individuals and families with personal relationships, conflict, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. Together we will set goals to identify what you want to get out of therapy. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
