Hello and welcome! My name is Lauren Graham and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri. As a therapist, I specialize in working with both children and adults, catering to a diverse range of mental health needs and providing tailored support and interventions to promote well-being and growth. My approach is trauma-informed and through a strengths-based perspective. We will work together to identify your strengths, needs, goals, and motivations for therapy. I believe each person’s journey is unique and the approach to working with them should be too. As a therapist, I specialize in working with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual's unique needs. Overall, the first therapy session is an opportunity for the client and therapist to get to know each other, establish goals, and lay the foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship. It's normal for clients to feel a range of emotions, including nervousness or uncertainty, but I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
