I utilize interventions to maximize coping skills and address urgent concerns that may be interfering with your daily functioning. Exploring, addressing and resolving past issues, experiences, or traumatic events is also an important component of the therapeutic journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, community service, higher education and employee assistance settings. The theories that are most influential in my work are Internal Family Systems, Attachment, and Psychodynamic. I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, safe and supportive environment that promotes short-term growth and long-term stability.
