Specifically, Lauren has experience working with emotional and behavioral problems, communication/family relational problems, and mood concerns with both adult and adolescent populations. Lauren also has experience working with mood disorders (such as anxiety), grief/loss, emerging adults and phase of life issues related to the school/job transition experience, attachment issues, survivors of abuse/trauma, and common phase of life concerns. Lauren Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) designation in the state of Tennessee. Additionally, Lauren is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Aggression Replacement Training (ART), and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS).
