Are you feeling like you need to give yourself some time, space, thought and consideration with a twist that isn't just about finding the perfect "self-care" regimen or knowing the absolute right choice to make? This requires more than just talking about the stressors that happen on the daily or trying hard to understand the injustices that happen in life. I would like to offer you that time and space to guide the rediscovery of your ability to access values, accountability, and radical acceptance to name a few in an effort to help you land in a place of living in peace amongst the chaos. Let's delve into some values work! I think it's also important to note that I have had a primary focus on teens and their families throughout my social work career. I have made strong connections swiftly with young people. I have also had the honor to work with some adults. Utilizing a relational approach is my speciality. That relational approach lends itself to building and rolemodeling authentic empathy which can go so far in our challenging lives.
