I currently have had to pause on accepting new patients. I will update my profile when that changes. Everyone experiences difficult times in their lives. Whether it's struggling with a difficult relationship, work or school, anxiety, depression, or problems in your family or social life, you're making an effort now to change. We will work together on ways to resolve the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that have prevented you from being who you want and attaining the things in life you really want for yourself. I offer a warm, safe, and confidential setting where we determine what your therapy needs are and how to achieve them. I have worked with an extensive spectrum of issues including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Adoption, Divorce, Obsessive Compulsive behaviors, Oppositional & defiant youth, Abuse, & Academic underachievement. In addition to my training and experience, I also work with adult patients. I have over 15 years of experience working with youth, young adults & families I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities. I have worked extensively with parents to understand and strengthen their relationship and communication with their children, as well as with families experiencing attachment difficulties. I have an office in Wallingford and offer telehealth as well. Email is the best method of contact.
