I am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW, based in Jacksonville, Florida, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed in this life season of life? Are you ready to figure out how to bring peace of mind back to your everyday life? I get it. I've been there. Over the last 15 years, I have helped many others who have been there, too. My style and approach are a good fit for individuals who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions such as adjusting to new work/life balance, coping with the challenges of being a parent, as well as changes in relationships. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
