Currently Accepting New Clients. I believe behavior is communication. Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to understand you, a child, or a teen is communicating. By creating a judgement free space and empowering the client, I aim to engage adults, children, and teens in centering themselves, processing their experiences, and advocating for their needs. I also have experience working with people impacted by disabilities and systemic trauma. I am a graduate of Montana State University with a master’s in Counseling. I work through Adlerian Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Relational-Cultural Theory. The overall goal in these approaches is to understand each person in context to their environment and design a realistic approach to improve their wellbeing and social-emotional engagement. Respect is the most essential component for building a therapeutic relationship and will be given to clients at all ages and stages. I will apply developmentally appropriate practices through play, art, and conversation when working with children. I uphold an environment that is accepting to all people and upholds high ethical standards.
