Do you experience anxiety, depression, or dealing with distressing or traumatic events that are causing you to feel stuck? Are you experiencing an unhealthy relationship with food or body image? Do you feel like you are dealing with toxic relationships or patterns that are keeping you from living your best life? Therapy can provide support in helping you find a balanced relationship with food and body image, as well as find ways to manage overwhelming emotions and traumatic events. I have over 15 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist and would be honored to be part of your healing journey. I have training in evidence-based techniques that incorporate specific tools, strategies and goals, including psychodynamic, interpersonal, CBT, attachment-based and Mindfulness approaches. I also work to raise awareness of ways in which your body may hold distressing experiences in unspoken ways using experience based interventions. Regardless of approach, the therapeutic relationship we build together is the most important component for successful outcomes. Connection is key! We will explore your experiences from your perspective in a non-judgmental and compassionate way, then find recognized and innovative therapies to fit your needs.
