Therapy helps you access your inherent ability to heal and find sovereignty. We all have the innate capacity for cultivating joy, to love and be loved; but the ways we have learned to cope and relate to others in the past are not necessarily the ways to thrive now. Your physical and emotional experiences are messages that can help you understand your needs and values, providing the insight and motivation to change and grow. When we learn to respond to these messages with care and wisdom, we begin to serve our deeper purpose and selves. I am a relational therapist who uses evidence-based approaches for a curated treatment experience that leads to meaningful change. I integrate somatic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help people nurture a new way of relating to their minds/bodies and make the changes necessary to reconnect with meaning and live more fully. I am a fellow human first, therapist second. I am transparent, genuine, and warm. It is important to me that my clients feel seen and appreciated for their humanness and not a diagnosis. I want my clients to expect a lot from me-we are working with the most sacred parts of their existence and therapy should reflect that. I welcome knowing you.
