About

I deeply enjoy working with a diverse population of adults to deepen their understanding of themselves and assist them in developing strategies that support their goals and values. I offer a supportive environment and warm, down-to-earth style. I offer practical life tools that foster change and growth. My approach uses scientifically supported therapies that honor the individuality, strengths, and needs of each client. Sessions are interactive and skill-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

I enjoy working with a diverse population of adults around a variety of issues including folks in the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent communities. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

If you are ready to break free from old patterns and learn new ways of moving through the world that are in line with their values and goals, reach out! I genuinely value my clients, the relationship we share, and the challenging work we do. As such, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have as you make this decision.
