I specialize in working with neurodivergence, anxiety, and trauma in adults and children. I am an integrative clinician who primarily uses play therapy, EMDR, CBT, and solution focused modalities to help individuals heal as well as manage stress and other uncomfortable emotions. I have experience working in counseling, community based social work, and case management. I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in communications and University of Missouri with a masters in social work. In addition to play therapy, I have received extensive training in solution focused therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and crisis intervention.
