About

As a therapist for over 25 years, I have learned that building a relationship with my clients is most important. Making the decision to come to therapy is difficult, and building trust is a priority. I want to walk with my clients on their journey of healing, focusing on strengths and learning new skills. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from North Dakota State University and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

I have training and experience in the areas of play therapy, art therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique, Family Systems, and a strengths perspective.

I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families on their journey to improve the quality of their daily lives.
